WORKSHOP REMINDER: Richmond South Shoreline Specific Plan Second Community Workshop The Richmond Planning Division is hosting a second community workshop for the South Shoreline Specific Plan. The purpose of this workshop is to present the initial development concept for the project area and solicit community input.
