After I voted against a $525,084 amendment to the consulting contract with Swinerton Management and Consulting Construction Management and Inspection Services, I received from an E-FORUM stringer a photo of (count “em) five highly paid Swinerton consultants standing around a manhole on McBryde Avenue managing what was reported as a single Veolia employee doing some sewer maintenance work.
