From Email: Craneway and Pickleball
June 2, 2025

The latest from Darlene Vendegna yesterday:

Dear Craneway Community.,

We wanted to reach out with yet another update on our ongoing situation.

As we move forward with legal action to save our club, we will now be entering a formal litigation process. Unfortunately, this means the club will remain
closed indefinitely while our legal teams work toward a resolution.

We know this is disappointing news, and we share your frustration. This situation is not what we wanted – but it has become necessary in order to stand
up against actions that we believe are unjust and harmful to our pickleball community.

Our commitment to you remains unchanged. We are doing everything we can to fight for the future of the club and to reopen our doors as soon as circumstances
allow.

We’ll continue to keep you informed as this process evolves.

Thank you again for your continued patience, understanding and support.

Team Craneway Pickleball
