Some eight month after a previously restored Baxter Creek riparian landscape was clear cut by confused City employees, design is underway for a follow-up restoration project, and public input is being solicited. RICHMOND ” Residents are invited to help redesign the wooded area next to the creek at Booker T. Anderson Park.

A first draft of the design plan will be presented at 6 p.m. Oct. 8 at the park community center, 960 S. 47th St. The public is welcome to attend and offer feedback.
