The Home Front Festival is the annual celebration of Richmond’s special role in the history of modern America during WWII. 
YMCA Home Front Run 5K and 10k Fun Run. Sign up at www.onyourmarkevents.com. Tour the NEW Rosie the Riveter Visitor and Education Center With it’s grand opening earlier this year, this brand new visitor and education center located next to the BoilerHouse Restaurant should not be missed! Tour this historic and interesting new addition to the Rosie the Riveter National Park, open during the Festival! San Francisco DUCK Tours Join a National Park Service Ranger on an amphibious vehicle touring the Marina as you hear the history of the 1940 shipyard. Tours leave every hour between 10am and 4pm. $15/per person. Reserve your seats in advance at www.sfducktours2012.eventbrite.com. 2012 Home Front Festival T-Shirt Purchase your 2012 HFF t-shirt for only $20. Find them at the Information Booth during the Festival.

Ride in historical 1940’s buses courtesy of American Stage Tours USS Potomac and SS Red Oak Victory Ship Catch a historic 1940’s shuttle bus from the main entrance of the Craneway Pavilion to visit the historic USS Potomac or SS Red Oak Victory Ship.
