You are invited to attend a meeting to community visioning meeting on Monday, April 29th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm regarding development along Cutting Blvd. between S. 9th Street and Marina Way South. At this meeting, Opticos Design, Inc. and the City of Richmond will present a draft concept plan based on input received from previously developed documents and at the March 5th community meeting.
