The much-maligned (by some) Riggers Loft (Riggers Loft Under Construction, October 1, 2012) rehabilitation is moving right along. The structural shell work is largely completed, and the roof was finished just in time for tomorrow’s predicted rain. Yet to be completed are installation of the rehabilitated windows and painting the corrugated steel siding. Then the interior work on the Port Security and Operations Center can begin.
