There are several interesting items on this agenda, including:

Item A-1: In closed session, the City Council will discuss Upstream Point Molate vs. City of Richmond. Item I-1: The city manager will present a balanced FY 2016-17 budget for approval. Item L-4: Two City Council members are sponsoring a rent increase moratorium, even though they know that the six votes required to pass it don’t exist.
