Richmond Promise Seeking Mentors

Richmond Promise: Seeking Mentors to Support College Scholars!

Richmond Promise is expanding its mentorship program and seeking individuals who can support our Scholars in their academic, personal, and career success.

Building on the success of our 2018 mentor pilot program, we aim to match 50 mentors and mentees for the 2019-20 academic year. This goal is dependent on mentee/mentor interest and mutual fit.

We take mentor/mentee matching seriously, and match individuals based on several factors and preferences, including career and college attended, demographic preferences, and other interests. The time commitment for mentors is approximately one hour per month starting in August 2019 with a minimum of a one-year commitment. If the mentee is based outside of the Bay Area, the interaction will be virtual.

If you’re interested, please complete the mentor interest form at www.tinyurl.com/RICHMENTOR19.
