California Interagency Refinery Task Force will host a Refinery Safety Forum meeting July 29 in Richmond from 6-8:00 PM. The two hour forum offers an opportunity for the public to obtain facts and insight, ask questions, and discuss this evening’s topics regarding refinery operations.
