At last night’s City Council meeting, closed session, Interim Chief Assistant City Attorney Heather McLaughlin egregiously and unlawfully excluded me from a Zoom meeting in a move tantamount to a coup. I have referred this to the district attorney and the grand jury and will also file a complaint with Califorina State Bar.

The Richmond City Attorney’s Office is completely out of control, and the people of Richmond should be worried. I was able to sidetrack, at least until January, A Blank Check for the City Attorney.
