The Prefabrication Plant Assembly Building is the only significant structure remaining from Shipyards One and Two. The building is a magnificent timber truss structure, 200 feet wide by 400 feet long located at 912 Harbour Way South. It is currently owned by Plant Reclamation.
On Thursday, May 23, 2002, the Historic Preservation Advisory Committee will meet at 7:00 PM at the Richmond Main Library Whittlesy Room to consider adding the structure to the Richmond Register of Historic Places. Please come if you can.
