Richmond Promise warmly invites the community to our
10 Year Anniversary Celebration, presented by Wells Fargo Advisors.

Richmond Promise’s 10 year bash is taking place on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Richmond Memorial Auditorium (403 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA). 

The event will be public and free to attend and we are asking guests to register using our 10 Year Anniversary Celebration
RSVP page so we can anticipate attendance. We are also looking for volunteers to help support a successful event. Interested community members can sign up to volunteer using this link:

The celebration will provide guests an opportunity to engage with Richmond Promise Scholars and alumni, board members, staff, and community leaders as we celebrate a decade of higher
education access and success for local youth. In their first decade of service, Richmond Promise has:

• Awarded a multi-year college scholarship to more than 5,000 Richmond youth
• Paid out more than $14 million in scholarships
• Served an average of 1,300 scholarship recipients per year
• Provided higher education preparation services in high school and middle school classrooms

The event will also feature several interactive experiences, including storytelling exhibits highlighting the impact that Richmond Promise has had on students, a live art installation,
activities for children and families, and higher education and community resources tables.
