One word of warning. Some City Council members check their email regularly. Others get it only weekly via hard copy from the city manager’s office. Griffin and Rogers, to the best of my knowledge, do not use email. Best to phone them, or if you have time, write a letter. Butt, Bell, Bates, Penn and Viramontes, to the best of my knowledge, are most likely to check email often.
