Richmond Building the Greenway: The design for the third phase of the Richmond Greenway will be unveiled at a public meeting Nov. 18 when residents can comment and make suggestions. The meeting is 6 to 7 p.m. at 440 Civic Center Plaza in the basement multipurpose room. The Richmond Greenway is a bicycle and pedestrian path on abandoned railroad tracks that runs from South Garrard Boulevard and the Richmond Parkway to San Pablo Avenue. Richmond and El Cerrito officials are working on phase three, which focuses on continuing the path and adding a new crossing at San Pablo Avenue that would connect the Greenway to the Ohlone Greenway in El Cerrito.
