Congressman George Miller’s Carquinez Straits Heritage Area Committee has added Richmond’s San Pablo Strait to their Celebrate The Straits series of events planned for this month. See 5 miles of dramatic Bay shoreline with stunning views of the East Brother lighthouse on East Brother Island and a tour of the Winehaven campus of Point Molate, both of which are on the State and National Historic Registers. You will also be able to check out the newly proposed regional park which will include most of the western half of the peninsula. 9am ” 12pm.
