Here is something that really works! If you have a complaint about weeds, trash, illegal land uses, etc., try cor-connect – Contact City Hall. It is on the first page of the City”s website at http://www.ci.richmond.ca.us/ . Just follow the directions and write up your complaint. You will need an address or specifics about the location. You can track progress by logging back into COR-Connect at any time. And, you have an opportunity to fill out a quick on-line customer satisfaction survey. I just gave all of my complaints customer satisfaction of 10 out of 10 for quick and effective response. Thanks to City Manager Bill Lindsay and the abatement team for a job well done!
