Next Club Meeting
Our next meeting will take place at the Richmond Golf Club (address below) on Friday, March 28, 12:30pm.
Centering Empathy and Creating Joy in Your Leadership and Your Life
Misha Safran
Leadership thrives on empathy and joy. In this interactive session, participants will learn to transform their leadership by integrating emotional intelligence, compassionate communication, and inclusive practices. Leaders will discover how to wear their Super CAPE© (Compassionate Communication, Assuming Positive Intent, IDEAB Principles, and Empathy Before Accusation) and cultivate a culture of connection, trust, and belonging.
Through real-life stories, practical tools, and engaging activities, attendees will gain skills to model empathy, navigate challenges with grace, and infuse joy into their leadership. This session provides actionable steps to create a workplace where relationships flourish, morale is elevated, and both empathy and joy become central to a thriving organizational culture.
Lunch is $35 or a $10 donation without lunch to Richmond Rotary Club is appreciated. Use the Lunch button in the upper right corner of the website (richmondcarotary.org) to pay for lunch or make a donation and fast-track the check-in process.
You can also join the meeting from your phone, tablet, or computer on Facebook. Click on this link to watch the meeting live on Facebook on the Richmond Rotary Facebook Group page on Friday or watch the recording later.
