Even though it hasn’t even yet shown up on the City Council agenda notice (only 24 hours is required for a special meeting), the RPA has announced on Facebook a special session for 9:00 AM tomorrow, July 12, and is urging its supporters to show up and get a free yard sign. It is now 9:11 AM, and no agenda has shown up on the City website, so the legality of the meeting is questionable.

Sine no agenda has been posted, we don’t know for sure what the City Council will be considering, but it is presumed to be approval for the City to forego its 50% share of a sale of a portion of Point Molate from the Tribe to the East Bay Regional Parks District.
