Every year, we welcome hundreds of community members to Civic Center Plaza to celebrate the newest cohort of Richmond Promise Scholars. 
At that event, we heard our friends, neighbors, colleagues, elected officials, and students all say the same thing.

Since 2016, Richmond Promise has empowered young people in Richmond through college awareness, scholarships, wraparound support throughout their higher education journey, and career success.
