| Beginning on November 1, which is the date of my mother’s first letter from her Hawaii trip 84 years ago, I am serializing day by day, the book, Cecilia King’s Extraordinary Senior Trip, which you can obtain from Amazon in either Kindle or paperback.
I hope you enjoy the upcoming nine-months in Hawaii 1940-41. You can order the entire book from Amazon in either paperback or Kindle format, click here.

Sunday night –
Only a hasty P.S. – I’m so sleepy, can hardly creep around. Not much doing today – slept all morning, a little tennis at DeRussy this afternoon – and tonight we three took rugs, lights, maps & charts & went down on the beach to study the southern constellations. They are so interesting – I’m starting right away on a reading list for amateurs on “star gazing.”
The tradewinds are back – so all of our dispositions have improved remarkably – and I feel almost revitalized.
Guess this about ready for mailing so will say goodnight –
With Love,
Cecilia
P.S. Am hoping the permission for dr. license will come in on the clipper tomorrow because U. Ed has to take me all the time – and he’s getting ants in his shoes waiting for it.
