Point Richmond Fall Fest is coming up this Saturday and it will be a fall-themed extravaganza of live music, entertainment, delicious food, an art show, kids activities, cakewalk, a history hike and more. This event is a collaboration between many local Richmond organizations and volunteers. The planning committee has been hard at work for months putting together a great program for the community.
All Day Music
The day will begin with Point Richmond's own Point Sisters Harp Duo with renowned harpists Diana Stork and Christina Zirker. They play world, classical and original music, and are not to be missed.
Next, DJ Malcolm Marshall will be spinning tunes. In addition to being a DJ, Malcolm Marshall also runs the Richmond Community News outlet, The Richmond Pulse.
Our headliner this year will be Richmond's own GTS Band playing from 3-5. GTS Band is one of the San Francisco Bay area's premiere Latin Funk Soul Bands. Rick Ramos and the band have toured world-wide and have been performing for over 30 years.
