Baltic Kiss puckers up for big debut

Baltic Kiss, a new dining and live music venue run by the same crew who operate the wildly popular Black Star Pirate BBQ in Point San Pablo Harbor, is launching a soft opening tonight at its home in the historic Baltic Building at 135 Park Place in Point Richmond. A Grand Opening will follow in a few weeks.
A post by the Baltic Kiss on Instagram announced it will be open Fri., Aug. 12 and Sat., Aug. 13 from 5 p.m. until midnight with “food, drinks and live music.” The venue features a full bar, ample seating and spots for live music inside-and-out. The Helltones are set to perform Saturday night.

During a recent sneak peek visit, Chef Tony Carracci told the Standard Baltic Kiss will feature a Southern comfort-style menu with personal recipes like “chicken and waffles, smothered pork chops” and the like.

His partner, whom he refers to as “the beautiful Miss Suzie,” designed the nearly 3,000 square foot space with an eclectic, bohemian décor featuring bright, bold colors and patterns, chandeliers and eye-catching artwork.
