People are asking what will replace the specialty gas production facility at the corner of Cutting Boulevard and Canal Boulevard that has been almost totally demolished.
Duke Realty is planning a $48 million, 153,000 square foot building that is primarily a logistics center but includes approximately 9,000 square feet of office space with an entry plaza at the corner.
Duke Realty does not have any tenant activity or users at this time but is hopeful that the project will attract a variety of tenants.
