With little fanfare, former Richmond City Attorney Teresa Stricker emerged as the new city attorney for the City of San Pablo, not only a little too close for comfort to Richmond, but entirely surrounded by Richmond.

Stricker almost single-handedly did her best to destroy the Office of the Richmond City Attorney before moving on. Interestingly, in the San Pablo Media Advisory Release, there is no mention whatsoever of the two years she spent as Richmond’s city attorney. Best swept under the rug, I suppose.

Not one of San Pablo’s City Council members asked me about her time in Richmond.
