The poor judgment of the RPA City Council members has drawn yet another lawsuit against the City of Richmond. Seven auto dealers located at Hilltop have filed suit challenging the allocation of taxes against auto dealers. Click here for a copy of the Complaint. The lawsuit claims that the City misled voters, unfairly classified auto dealers, and unfairly apportioned taxes to auto dealers amounting to an 8,000 percent increase.
