Despite herculean efforts by the anti-Campus Bay wackos to delay or derail the Prospective Purchaser Agreement (PPA) as a strategy to prevent the timely transfer of ownership for the Campus Bay project, the PPA  has been successful, and the transfer of ownership is on track to occur. The DTSC Zeneca Final PPA Finalization Letter has been issued. It states, “Based on the available information, DTSC has determined that HRP meets the 11 eligibility criteria established in the Policy, and the PPA is appropriate, adequate, and proper. Therefore, DTSC finalizes the PPA as written.”
