When Peter Fagrell of Hilco Redevelopment Partners ordered a truckload of 1,000 turkeys to be distributed to Richmond families, the Mayor’s Office stepped up to help with the logistics. Chief of Staff Vern Whitmore teamed with the Richmond Community Foundation, SparkPoint and the Richmond Rotary Club to help out.
