According to the information provided by the SBA below, this $10,000 will not have to repaid. And you can still apply for another SBA loan in addition to receiving this advance.
The SBA is also providing low-interest disaster loans directly to help businesses recover. For this coronavirus disaster Economic Injury Disaster Loans are currently available throughout the state of California. You can apply online here. Business Owners and Non-profits may be eligible for up to $10,000 in an advance payment in this program.
