The SBA https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans/coronavirus-relief-options/economic-injury-disaster-loan-emergency-advance  Emergency Advance up to $10,000 can be applied for on-line.  According to the information provided by the SBA below,  this $10,000 will not have to repaid.  And you can still apply for another SBA loan in addition to receiving this advance.

The SBA is also providing low-interest disaster loans directly to help businesses recover.  For this coronavirus disaster Economic Injury Disaster Loans are currently available throughout the state of California. You can apply online here.
