The Richmond Department of Children & Youth (RDCY) is hosting a series of community forums and you are invited to join and share this invitation! Your participation and feedback will directly impact where MILLIONS OF DOLLARS go to support Richmond and North Richmond children, youth, and their families.  RDCY has been carrying out a community needs assessment engaging youth and their families in focus groups, interviews, and recently released surveys to learn about assets, needs, and challenges facing young people in Richmond and North Richmond.


Community forums are a wonderful opportunity for us to hear from Richmond/North Richmond residents, organizations, and stakeholders. You can meet us virtually at one of the following forums:

• Saturday, October 3 – 11:00 am  - 1:00 pm
• Monday, October 5 – 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Wednesday, October 7 – 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Wednesday, October 7 – 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

The Richmond Department of Children & Youth (RDCY) operates under the guidance of the City Manager's Office. The department was established after the passage of Measures E, K, and H in the City of Richmond in 2018.
