The Richmond City Council will meet at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, December 10 to select a new city manager. The City Council met on Saturday, December 7, to interview final candidates, but Council Member Ben Choi was unable to attend because of a death in his family. The candidates were also interviewed by a panel of eight residents chosen by City Council members plus a representatives of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and a representative of the City’s public employee unions.
