I’m still looking for photos of your favorite vacant lot (Seeking Vacant Lot Photos, September 21, 2018), but just driving from event to event this weekend, I spotted the ones shown below. Measure T would tax vacant lots like the ones shown below, motivating the owners to either improve them or sell them to someone who will. The taxes could on be used for code enforcement and homelessness.
