Over the last couple of years, we have received complaints that Richmond homeowners were not able to apply for a grant to seismically retrofit their home through the Earthquake, Brace and Bolt program. I am happy to announce that we just received notification that Richmond homeowners will be able to register from October 9 through November 13, 2018 for a grant of up to $3,000 to be used toward a code-compliant seismic retrofit of their houses.
