The NRSOSA Shoreline Festival is now celebrating 15 years and are now in partnership with the annual statewide Bay Day. Please let families know that this is the place for the whole family.  Completely FREE!  Nothing is sold and every child will get a pony ride, face painting, games to play, new activities and a new book to take home.   Of course there will be excellent music and a free lunch!    Community leaders, lots of exhibits and plenty of magic, bubbles and fun.   New this year-giant Puppets!   And kayaking with Groundwork Richmond.   Come get your feet wet and take a ride in the bay.
