  Bates Slips Up on Pimple for Third Place in Council Race

With 5,800 ballots left to count countywide (perhaps 580 +/-) in Richmond, Nat Bates surged ahead for the third Council seat, 20 votes ahead of Vinay Pimple and 73 votes ahead of Cesar Zepeda. These results remain in play.
