The Contra Costa Transportation Authority has released the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the 2017 Countywide Transportation Plan (CTP).

The Draft EIR can be downloaded by clicking on the following link: www.2017ctpupdate.net.

Attached please find the Notice of Availability that is on file at the Contra Costa County Clerk’s office.

Comments on the 2017 Draft EIR are due by August 1, 2017 by 4:00 PM. Please submit your comments by email to 2017ctp@ccta.net, with the following subject line:  Comments on CCTA 2017 CTP Draft EIR, or by U.S. mail to:
