| The Rent Board will take up a number of new regulations intended to define how the Rent Control and Just Cause Ordinance is actually implemented. The Board will set fees that go as high as $193 per unit annually to support a $2.4 million annual budget and hire legal counsel.
The Rent Board has met three times in April and May, but no Minutes of those meetings are available. The agenda packet for the June 21 meeting may be found on the Rent Board page.
