Air District hosts workshops on draft refinery emission reduction rules

The Air District invites Bay Area residents to participate in a workshops to learn about and provide input on three draft regulations that would reduce toxic health risks, cap facility greenhouse gases, and cap the carbon intensity per barrel of crude oil processed at refineries.
