 It's going to be another great night in Point Richmond! We are pleased to present Mike Merenda + Ruthy Ungar Merenda, this Friday, April 8, 2016 at 7:30 pm. Mike + Ruthy hail from the Hudson River Valley, and continuing the NY music tradition that traces through Woody Guthrie, their friend, former neighbor and mentor, the late Pete Seeger to this generation.  Opening duo Claudia Russell and Bruce Kaplan are known for Claudia's versatile songwriting and expressive voice. Her songs span heartfelt ballads, nostalgic remembrances, and hilarious diversions, backed by Bruce's tasteful accompaniment on mandolin and guitar. They've headlined at venues far and near including the Freight & Salvage, Boston's Club Passim and McCabes in Santa Monica.
