According to Peyton Millinor at C3, who will be managing the sale, the Mall will be formally listed for sale in January 2016 and will be actively marketed for 30 days. At the end of that marketing period C-3 will issue a “call for offers”. They will evaluate and rank respondents and request “best and final offers” from that group. By mid-March a buyer will be selected and the sale would close in April or May.
Mr. Millinor said that C-3 understands and concurs with the General Plan’s vision of a mixed-use retail, office, and high density residential redevelopment plan for the 65-acre site. He said that we can expect a flood of inquiries during the 30-day marketing period
