The Port of Richmond has moved its offices into the once contentious historic and now rehabilitated Riggers Loft, and the R&B Winery has leased and will share the remainder of the space. The Port Office is designed to serve as an Emergency Operations Center in case of attack on the Port of Richmond. Below are some photos of the Port Office from my visit yesterday.
