If you are a registered Democrat, you can make a difference by participating this Saturday, January 10, in the election for Delegates to the CA Democratic Party at the Assembly District Election Meetings (ADEMs). Our newly elected Assemblymember, and former Richmond City Councilman, Tony Thurmond has put his support behind a slate of 14 candidates called California’s Future. I am joining Tony in supporting this slate because we both believe that the state party needs fresh and forward-thinking individuals to carry the momentum from our local elections through the next 2 years. The “California’s Future” slate is the only one endorsed by myself and Tony, and 60% of its candidates are from West County. My campaign coordinator and incoming Director of Community Relations, Alex Knox, is one of those candidates.

Please join me to help elect this dedicated and diverse group of individuals.
