Self Sustaining Communities and Barry Dugar Transitional Homes are providing fruit trees, garden seed packets and vegetable starts to all Richmond residents free of charge.
Tom Burchell of Burchell Nursery will also be on hand to distribute trees and provide tips on proper planting and care for the trees. Preference will be given to low-income residents and those in need.
