I have been informed that the Draft EIR for the Chevron Refinery Modernization Project will be available at http://chevronmodernization.com at 9:00 AM this morning. Public review will begin March 18 and end May 2, 2014.

A Study Session will be held at the April 3, 2014, Planning Commission meeting, and a Public Hearing to receive comments will be held at the April 17, 2014, Planning Commission meeting.

Public workshops for technical experts will be held April 2, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Memorial Auditorium April 2, 2014.
