  Dornan Drive Tunnel Update

Tunnel  information has been updated on the Engineering Departments website regarding the construction activities, work schedule and anticipated reopening of the Dornan Tunnel.  The activities and schedule are as follows;

•             Rock fall was addressed and a concrete plug was successfully placed the first week of August.
•             Permanent repair (shotcrete under existing lining) for the tunnel void is scheduled for the week of August 19. 
•             New striping and signage will be installed the week of August 26.
•             Scheduled opening of the tunnel will be sometime during the week of September 9.
