A Representative from Marin Energy will be at the Laurel Park Neighborhood Council meeting on January 28 at 6:30 PM.  The meeting will be held at Easter Hill United Methodist Church, 3911 Cutting Blvd., Richmond. All welcome.  Lots of parking in church parking lot.  Superintendent Harter of WCCUSD will also be present to explain the new Attendance Area proposed for Kennedy High School.  This will be the first time the District has established an Attendance Area for Kennedy High School.
