The previously much maligned Riggers Loft (Riggers Loft Rehabilitation Project Contract Authorized by City Council, August 1, 2012) at Port of Richmond Point Potrero Marine Terminal is now well under construction and on schedule. Abatement of hazardous materials and selective demolition is well underway. Windows have been stripped and are being painted and reglazed. Structural repairs will start soon.

The City has about 20,000 square feet of excess space in the building that will be available for future tenants.
