When  the City Council debated on whether or not to join Marin Energy Authority, dissenter Corky Booze challenged, “Show us the jobs.”

Marin Energy Authority has only a small and nimble staff, but its first hire after expanding to Richmond is a Richmond resident, Darlene Jackson, recruited by RichmondWORKS staffers Monica Castrillo and Robbie Hurtado. Darlene will be taking over all the Clerk duties at Marin Energy Authority and will be responsible for interaction and communications with members of the Board and their jurisdictions
