Christian Jensen is a graduate student in documentary film at Stanford University. Together with his peer, Sarah Berkovich, he directed a short documentary film called "Between Land and Sea" about life on East Brother Island. It's a realistic look at the life of a lighthouse keeper and shows both the romanticized beauty and the strain that comes with the job. Peter and Dina Berkhout were the subjects of the film and they really loved the final product.

The film premiered to a sizable crowd at Stanford University back in March and has recently been accepted to screen at three significant film festivals.
