Click here for the Consent Decree between Veolia Water and the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office as a result of nuisance odor releases and Veolia’s violations of the BAAQMD regulations from late last year, based on the BAAQMD’s subsequent investigation findings which were turned over to the DA’s Office for enforcement action.

The Consent Decree includes both a $150,000 Civil Penalty as well as several other conditions with which Veolia must comply.
